About

I’m a software engineer with 12 years of consulting experience on large-scale infrastructure, cloud architecture, and recently AI tooling and agent systems.
The work is mostly technical: helping companies build and scale systems, diagnose what’s going wrong, and make architecture decisions with real constraints attached. Some engagements are short, a specific problem to work through. Others run longer, deep enough to see how decisions compound.
I write here about what I notice from that work: the decisions, the tradeoffs, and what tends to go wrong.
